We want you to love your Wildcrest jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Window
You have 14 days to request a return from the date your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused – no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

In its original packaging (e.g., gift box or pouch).

Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email is sufficient).

Return requests must be initiated by contacting us first at support@wildcrestshop.com.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Earrings for Pierced Ears (for hygiene reasons).

Customized or Personalized Items (e.g., with engravings).

Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Any item that does not meet the return conditions above (e.g., shows signs of wear).

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Please inspect your order upon arrival! If something is wrong (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wildcrestshop.com. Please include a photo of the issue. We’ll apologize and make it right with a replacement or refund, including return shipping if needed.

How to Return an Item

1 Email Us: Contact support@wildcrestshop.com to let us know you’d like to return an item and receive further instructions.

2 Ship It Back: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.

3 Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method.

Refunds
We aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. You will see the credit in your account within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order on our website.
