We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and other international regions as specified below.
Shipping Options & Costs
All costs are in U.S. dollars (USD) and calculated per order.

We strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping for all orders. For Canadian customers, an untracked shipping option is available at a lower cost, but please note that Wildcrest LLC is not responsible for parcels lost without a tracking number.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Delivery Estimates
The following are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
United States: 3-7 business days after shipment
Canada: 10-20 business days after shipment (Tracked) | 5-30 business days (Untracked)
Europe: 1-2 weeks after shipment
Australia, New Zealand, & Oceania: 1-2 weeks after shipment
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International Customers Please Note: You are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be levied by your country’s customs authority upon arrival of your package. Wildcrest LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
